Join us on one of our group courses to prepare for the calm, easy birth you deserve.

Group courses are a great option to meet other like minded parents.The group format also facilitates further discussion.Groups are kept small – up to three or four mamas with their birth companion.

They are usually held in the Stonehaven area, although other locations are possible by arrangement.

Unit 2 – Falling in Love with your baby

Unit 3 – Advanced Visualisation and Deepening

Unit 4 – Overview of Childbirth

Unit 5 – Birthing – The final act and bonding

At the end of the course you will have a good understanding of birthing and how your body works in labour. You will understand the way your body and baby work together to perform this miracle of nature. And you will feel empowered to have the safe, calm, positive birth you deserve.
